It is with great pleasure that we announce that National Law University Delhi has been tasked to prepare the 2-5 Combine Country Report on the Status of Disability in India in association with the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disability, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India. The Country Report is being prepared to be submitted to United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD).
The Report is being prepared by NLU Delhi’s Centre for the Studies in Disability and Law under the guidance of Professor Maheshwar Singh, Professor of Political Science, NLU Delhi.
