Prof. Kung-Chung Liu

Visiting Professor

Professor Kung-Chung Liu has more than 30 years’ and 20 years’ experiences in the intellectual property law field and telecommunication and Internet law respectively. Prof. Liu is the founding director of the Applied Research Centre for Intellectual Assets and Law in Asia (ARCIALA), and Lee Kong Chian Professor of Law (Practice) at SMU.
