Dr. Mukul Raizada
Associate Professor
Dr. Mukul Raizada started his career as an advocate in Delhi for Five years followed by three years of experience as a Research Officer in Indian Institute of Comparative Studies, Jaipur, where he had assisted for the Indian Socio-Legal Journal recommended by UGC Curriculum Development Committee.
He has been teaching Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Criminal Justice Administration for nineteen years at the under-graduate (LL.B.) (3 yrs and 5 yrs) and post-graduate (LL.M.) levels. Before joining this University, he has served as Lecturer in School of Studies in Law, Jiwaji University, Gwalior and Rajasthan University, Jaipur. He is also a trained teacher of Clinical Legal Education and has a Post-graduate diploma in Victimology and Victim Assistance awarded by Tokiwa International Victimology Institute.
He has five research articles to his credit published in National and International journals. He has participated in National and International Workshops/Conferences and has attended Teachers Training Programs organized by various National Law Universities. He has also coordinated national and international workshops and conferences. He is coordinating and teaching the Criminal Law courses for CRPF and Delhi Police under University MOU with the concerned Academies.
He has co-coordinated a course on Substantive Criminal Law on UGC MOOCs project and has contributed as content writer for other courses under UGC ePG Pathshala Project.
During these nineteen years of teaching, he has also discharged various responsibilities in the capacity of Advisory Member of Student Career Counselling Committee, Teacher In charge Moot Courts, Library Affairs, Internal Exams, Member Examination committee, Warden/Chief warden. etc.
His area of academic and research interests are Criminal Law, Criminal Justice Administration, Victimology, and Legal Education.
